.@realDailyWire is the first media outlet to obtain a photo of Nazira Hajizada, a 47-year-old Afghan national recently deported from the U.S. She is accused of being influenced by ISIS and plotting, alongside her son and son-in-law, to carry out a mass shooting attack on Election Day 2024.
The Alien Terrorist Removal Court (ATRC) issued a removal order on August 20 for Hajizada, who had been living in Fort Worth, Texas. The order was unsealed and released on Friday, following her deportation from the United States.
This was the first case ever heard by this secret court, which was established by the U.S. Congress in 1996.
Markwayne Mullin, speaking regarding the case in a statement provided to the outlet, said:
"From the moment President Trump entered the White House, he made it clear that his administration would prioritize the safety and security of the American people."
He continued:
"The President's directive to use the Alien Terrorist Removal Court to deport Nazira Hajizada—an Afghan national who conspired with family members to carry out an ISIS-inspired attack on U.S. soil—fulfills that promise."
He added that, through the coordinated efforts of the Departments of Homeland Security, Justice, and State, the final removal order for Nazira Hajizada has now been finalized.
He concluded by saying:
"Those who conspire against the United States to commit acts of terror have no place in our country. We will find them and we will deport them."
