US-Taliban Agreement:

A part of the provisions of the Doha Agreement has been drafted and through the joint headquarters of the US, Pakistan, Britain and the Taliban in Qatar!

1. The Taliban side is obliged to work hard to ensure the security of NATO forces and their allies in Afghanistan and other parts of the world.
2. The Taliban side is obliged to support, protect and defend the interests of the US nation and government and its allies in the national and international arena.
3. The Taliban side is obliged to take effective action and activity in identifying and neutralizing America's enemies in post-republic Afghanistan.
4. The Taliban side is obliged to refrain from anti-American and NATO propaganda at the national and international levels!
5. They are committed to confirming and supporting the provisions and signing the strategic agreement with a subset of it, which is actually called the US-Afghanistan, which was signed during the Karzai republic!
6. The signing of the security agreement, which was signed by Hanif Atmar in the first place after Ghani's resignation, of course, with special conditions that the parties accepted, the Taliban are committed!
7. Payment of rent for military and security bases in exchange for specific amounts to the Taliban.
8. The Shorabak Helmand base, which is an advanced military intelligence base established for specific purposes, including use against neighboring countries and the region and for the extraction and transfer of minerals, especially the uranium-voltium mine, and the Bagram, Kandahar and Kabul bases, was signed by the United States in exchange for a certain amount!
9. The United States and NATO are committed to paying 19 years of war compensation to the Taliban, with $6 billion paid annually as ongoing assistance to the Taliban.
10. It has also paid the blood price for the deaths of the Taliban and their supporters and Dasht-e-Layli during the years of war, before the agreement was signed!
12. Agreements have also been made regarding the cultivation and production of drugs, with the United States being the buyer and the Taliban being the supplier.
13. Contracts for precious minerals such as gold, uranium, lithium, etc. are given to the US on a secret commitment.
14. An agreement has been reached regarding the armed jihadist movements such as Al-Qaeda, ISIS, Uyghur, Ansarullah, and the Islamic Movement of Central Asia and how they will be used and utilized for a specific purpose!!
15. A written plan is being implemented with the aim of permanently eliminating and isolating the jihadist movements, especially Jamiat-e-Islami and Hezb-e-Islami.
16. Payment of airspace rights from American forces and their allies to the Taliban has been agreed upon.
17. Collection of customs taxes by the Taliban on oil and gas and other needs of foreign forces has been agreed upon, which was previously exempted by Ashraf Ghani!
18. The political management of Afghanistan and other regional issues is to be carried out through Pakistan in the written plan of the Afghan Federation of Pakistan.
19. The military bases and equipment of the military forces will be handed over to the Taliban Movement, respectively!
20. The budget of the Ministry of Defense, Security, and Interior is related to the destruction of NATO, like during the republican era, of course with new facilities and mechanisms.
21. The budget of the remaining ministries is paid through the United Nations and the international community.
22. In intelligence, security and political cooperation and the fight against strategic opponents of the United States in Afghanistan and the region, the US intelligence is obliged to pay its expenses for the Taliban.
23. The type of post-republican government is with a division of power between religious and nationalists, religious affairs are entrusted to the Taliban movement and political affairs to the nationalists!
24. The type of post-US cooperation in reconstruction and development after the withdrawal of Afghanistan also remains the same!
25. In the Durand border dispute between Afghanistan and Pakistan, the US government remained committed to a single political administration centered on Pakistan, the Pakistani border is the Amu Darya and with a Central Asian perspective!
26. Afghanistan is a strategic partner of the US and is purposefully active and maintained!
27. Pakistan and the Afghan administration centered on Kandahar remain committed to fulfilling the provisions of the Doha Agreement, and the US will also remain steadfast in its commitment!
